This session will be taught by Coach Ryan Johnson. Coach Ryan has been coaching CrossFit, Powerlifting and Olympic lifting since he began coaching, and has been working with Coach Drew while coaching the Mission Sport program for last four years. He is excited and ready to help you become better at your Olympic lifts!This 120-minute seminar will focus on the Clean, Jerk and its derivatives. We will breakdown the movement of you performing the clean and jerk, and set objective goals for you to work on. You will learn methods and techniques that can be utilized in classes to make your workouts easier, and quite possibly help you achieve a new personal record.This seminar is limited to only 16 athletes, which will give both Coach Ryan the ability to work very close with each individual athlete.
